The family behind CallJordy
We're a Phoenix family that went looking for memory care for our own grandmother and came out the other side thinking: nobody should have to do this alone, and nobody should be sold to while they do it.

Jordan
Co-founder · Elder Care Advocate
Jordan cared for her grandmother through dementia — the late-night confusion, the guilt-ridden search for memory care, the paperwork nobody warns you about. CallJordy exists because that search was harder than it needed to be, and because no family should do it without someone in their corner.
Jordan meets families for in-home consults, joins tours on request, and works directly with hospital discharge planners and social workers across the Valley.
The care line
Our phone line is answered by CallJordy's automated care assistant — that's how we're there at 2am, holidays included. It's upfront about being automated, it never rushes you, and when you want a human, Jordan is the human. The technology handles availability; she handles the moments that matter.
Evan, Jordan's husband and co-founder, builds and looks after the technology behind the line.
How we're paid
Families never pay us. Senior living communities pay a referral fee when a family we introduced moves in. We explain exactly how that works — and what we promise about your information — on How we work.
