Referral disclosure — Arizona A.R.S. § 36-446.14

Comprizant LLC d/b/a CallJordy provides this disclosure to every family we refer to an assisted living facility, as required by Arizona law:

1. We are in the business of referring residents to assisted living facilities and similar care providers.
2. We will be paid by the facility if you move in. The referral fee is typically 70% to 80% of the first month's rent.
3. We have a current business relationship with the facilities we refer families to. Our referral agreements are standard across our network; no facility can pay for a better recommendation.
4. You may terminate the referral relationship at any time. If you do, no fee is owed for placements after the date you terminate.
5. Acknowledgement. When we refer you, we email you this disclosure and ask you to acknowledge receiving it (electronically — one click). We keep a record of that acknowledgement.

This page is public because our compensation shouldn't be a secret you discover later. It's the first thing we tell you.
